1.Responsible for all aspects of local Administration of Personnel, Industrial relations and public relations with local authorities at the site under the guidance of I/C PP & A
2.Maintain good discipline and causes good morale to flourish amongst all the employees at site.
3.Responsible for the recuitment/hiring of manpower, in coordination with PMS Department of site, to meet the day to day requirment of the Project.
4.Ensures that there is no unrest amongst the workers, causing losing productivity and delay.
5.Ensures efficient attendence record in conformity with Descon, s PMS procedures
6.Ensures efficient administration at site
7.Implementation of company Policies, FEWS and Labour Law
8.Payment of EOBI and PESSI according the Company, s Policies.
9.Ensures and Maintaines HSE orientation record of all employees of the company as well as Sub Contractors.
10.Maintains experience and training records of all craftmen working at site particularly of technicians trained at the facility.
11.Look after Time office and coordinates cost centre wise allocation
12.House keeping of Office and camps and recreation arrangments.
13.Monitors proper use and maintenance of Company vehicles.
14.Ensures effective security arrangement of company, s and personnel s Properties
15.Maintains cordial relation with Labour/EOBI/ESSI Departments
