Responsible in handling calls for technical assurance and service provisioning
department.
▪ Checking customer account and line through the system.
▪ Create a report for restoration and assign to correct department.
▪ Escalating report through system for urgent action from restoration team.

and usage of dect phone to wireless phone depending on availability.
Greeting guest upon arrival and making them feel welcomed and comfortable.
▪ Handling administering check-ins and check-outs and collecting deposits.
▪ Assigning and arranging rooms and taking care of administrative duties.
▪ Collaborating with online reservation team, security team and sales team to ensure
smooth check-ins/outs service, comfortable stay and promo price available for
guest.
▪ Processing guest payment and meal and beverage requests using company systems.
▪ Being a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport, tourist
spots etc.
