Team Management:
Supervise and lead a team of relationship officers to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, providing feedback, and set objectives.
Foster a positive and competitive team environment to motivate the team members.

Sales Strategy and Execution:
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to align the team goals with company objectives.
Monitor and implement effective credit card sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Develop and implement effective sales strategy to maximize credit card sales.
Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, providing feedback, and set objectives.
Prepare and present regular credit card sales reports to the Sales Manager, highlighting achievements, Challanges, and recommendations.

Hiring Training & development:
Assisting Sales Manager in hiring process, provide ongoing training and coaching to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop individualized development plans.
