Select & Size PSVs, KO Drums & Flare headers for getting rid of VOCs &
flammable gases resulting in reducing fire incidents up to 50%
Review and Validate RFQs, estimation & proposals, technical bids for
procurement of Vendor Items and overall project cost estimation
Effectively use Process Design & Simulation Software for Mass & Energy
balances, project cost estimates & Sensitivity Analysis
Produce Design & Sizing Calculations and datasheets for Oil & Gas
Process Separators, Storage tanks, Heat Exchangers, Skid Mounted
Vessels, KO Drums, absorbers and sludge catchers
Perform Mechanical Design & analysis of Pressure Vessels, using PV
Elite & Compress Software as per ASME Section VIII Div. I & II
Hydraulic Design of Pumps, Process Line Sizing & Sizing of Control Valves
Hazard mitigation to ensure safe Venting of Storage tanks & Pressure
Vessels, assessing the material degradation & fitness for service
