 Lead the Drafting team for precise development of Manufacturing
Drawings, GA Drawings, development of PFDs, P & I Ds, Schematics and
datasheets, cut down paper work by 40%
 Apply Design Principles based on International Standards like; API & ASME
standards minimizing hazards & lost time by 25%
 Actively take part in HAZOPS & LOPA, Risk Assessments & Management
of Change procedures, Safety Workshops, Cold Eye Reviews
 Make sure that all the material & project execution complies with the
Process’s Safety & Quality Standards uplifting asset integrity by 30%
 Select & Size PSVs, KO Drums & Flare headers for getting rid of VOCs &
flammable gases resulting in reducing fire incidents up to 50%
 Review and Validate RFQs, estimation & proposals, technical bids for
procurement of Vendor Items and overall project cost estimation
 Effectively use Process Design & Simulation Software for Mass & Energy
balances, project cost estimates & Sensitivity Analysis
Produce Design & Sizing Calculations and datasheets for Oil & Gas
Process Separators, Storage tanks, Heat Exchangers, Skid Mounted
Vessels, KO Drums, absorbers and sludge catchers
 Perform Mechanical Design & analysis of Pressure Vessels, using PV
Elite & Compress Software as per ASME Section VIII Div. I & II
 Hydraulic Design of Pumps, Process Line Sizing & Sizing of Control Valves
 Hazard mitigation to ensure safe Venting of Storage tanks & Pressure
Vessels, assessing the material degradation & fitness for service
