Working as an Act. Head of Process Instrumentation (Nuclear Island and HVAC) in I&C Maintenance Division.
Supervision & Participation in work activities, analysis and resolving of longstanding/Complex issues, Safety awareness, Implementation of permanent & temporary design modifications, preparation of procedures & reports and so on.
I have got one year Post Graduate Training Certificate in Nuclear Technology which covers class, lab and field work. Field work (OJT) consists of 8 weeks training on nuclear power plant with full time assessment at the end. I have performed successful OJT (on-job training) in E & C division of CANDU Nuclear Power Plant which includes four maintenance sections that are:
a) Electrical Section
b) Instrumentation and Control (I&C) section
c) Nuclear Instrumentation (NI) Section
d) Computer and refueling section
I am promoted from Trainee Engineer to Junior Engineer and now working on PWR Nuclear Power Plant in Pakistan.
It was a fantastic management and technical experience that covers aspects from customers care to technical and field experience. Worked closely with higher management as well as with lower office and field staff.
