• Lead corporate HSSE performance monitoring & reporting function for all projects (50+) globally under the portfolio of ACWA POWER based on internal organizational and external stakeholders’ requirements.
• Lead HSSE auditing program by developing global HSSE auditing plan, audit mechanism, ensuring audit compliance as per plan and consolidate results for all sites globally.
• Lead Corporate HSSE / Process Safety KPIs development, monitoring and reporting.

• Lead Corporate HSSE Communication function like; Lesson Learnt Sharing, Best Practice, Initiatives & Alerts communication across all sites globally.
• Act as a focal point for the collection and submission of IFC & CSR data like Emissions, Spills, Waste generation/disposal, Health & Safety Statistics and facilitate the review process.
• Develop a mechanism to ensure that the requirements set by the corporate for HSSE Systems reporting & Auditing are fully integrated across the project lifecycle (Construction, Commissioning & Operations).
• Develop, implement and maintain Corporate HSSE procedures, programs and provide support to all field staff for effective implementation of HSE management system.
• Support site HSE teams during outages; review site outage Plan, review contractor safe work method statements/ safety protocols and conduct site audit to ensure safe plant outage.
• Comprehensive analysis of HSE Observation, audits / Inspection, Incidents / injuries reporting, investigation Analysis and report findings to management.
• Conduct Safety management system Audits like OHSE, Process Safety, Site self-assessments, 5S audits, PBS Audits, IMS Audit, KPIs Reviews on sites.
• Timely Reporting to Management on HSSE Performance through monthly HSSE reports, BOD, MRM, BEC, Corporate HSSE Committees, BCRs etc.
To manage HSSE Function over entire Operations/Transport/ construction and business of the company.
Manage fleet of all liquid cargo vehicles safe operations, coordination with customer (Shell, TOTAL PARCO, UEP, Chevron, Dewan Petroleum & Engro Chemical).
Implement & ensure compliance of the customer, legal, regulatory requirements over entire operation activities of business.
Lead team in GHA, DuPont, PATROM & system certification audits.
To plan, develop, update, implement, reassess, and review Safety (HSE) procedures, plans.
Developing HSSE KPIs, annual HSSE plan, targets and its monitoring.
Preparation of Emergency Response plan & annual action plan with different emergency scenarios.
Perform safety audits and inspect facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure safety regulation compliance.
Provide technical advice, coaching, guidance, and mentoring to employees on safety initiatives and necessary changes.
To conduct Basic training, HSE trainings, DDC, Train the Trainer & emergency handling for drivers & operations staff.
To monitor safety performance and continuously set and update targets for continuous improvement of drivers / staff behavior towards safety on road.
