PROJECT ENGINEER
• Planning and scheduling of all Automobile and Motorcycle Projects.
• Timely Procurement of Global source parts from foreign supplier and local parts from local supplier.
• Effective and proper utilization of available resources from all divisions.
• Presenting schedules of work with Gantt chart, calendar and resource plans (MS Project / Excel).
• Develops localization selection procedure and also make feasibility analysis.
• Ensuring proper and timely co-ordination with all stake holders of the project to minimize rework and meet targeted milestones as per scheduled timeline.
• Apply project evaluation and feasibility analysis techniques before initiation of any project.
• Co-ordination with Finance department for calculating the Manufacturing cost of Project.
• Co-ordination with marketing division to explain the basic features of New Projects effective Marketing purpose.
Implement the quality activities for assigned area.
To inspect under development parts as per engineering drawing specification and standards.
Perform the planned activities for part approval and improvement efficiently and effectively.
Monitor vendors to supply high quality continuously.
Review and interpret statistical information and reports in order to draw conclusions regarding current production efficiency and quality.
Understand and support part quality assurance system.
Claim defective parts from suppliers and request improvements.
Write detailed reports on quality issues..
Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Quality Management Systems
(QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS) requirements.
QA / QC ENGINEER
