Working in Huawei Core Network MS team, which is responsible for Level 1 support to customer. The activities
include monitoring existing network, troubleshooting and escalating issues to respective departments after
isolating faults, configuration management and upgrading software/installing patches on network elements.
Configuring L2VPN’s and L3VPN’s on customer request.
Escalating Level 2 issues to Huawei CS department and following up for successful closure of issues.
Monitoring Network by using NMS Huawei i-Manager U2000 client.
Make implementations plans i.e. Version update / Patch up gradation plans.
Carrying out Patch up gradation activities on Routers and Switches to provide maximum performance.
Responsible for providing support, manage maintenance, administration, configuration, trouble-shooting, fault
isolation and resolving IP network issues.
Creating network topologies and IP plan.
Analyzing network traffic interface based on data throughput, success rates and traffic flow using Genie ATM server.
Maintaining Core network of Central Region (Frame Relay, MPLS, Corporate Internet setups ).
Ø Providing assistance to Access Engineers in installation and commissioning of last mile Radio Links and make
necessary configuration.
Ø Configuring and maintaining SNL Metro and Fiber POPs.
Ø Integrating and Optimizing corporate customers connectivity.
Ø Maintaining I-Direct Hub and entertaining quires.
Ø Providing Support to Engineers in installation and commissioning of Super-Direct links.
Ø Providing support to on site engineers for the resolution of Super Direct complaints.
Ø Providing Support to international Super Direct Customers.
Ø Providing immediate response to the Customer Support via Email and on Telephone.
Ø In Time up gradation of On Demand I-Direct Links with SOPs.
Ø To entertain Yahsat (Satellite Broadband) queries and coordinating with Yahsat Noc.
Ø Policies for bandwidth management of traffic.
Ø Monitoring, troubleshooting and configuration of Point-to Point and Multipoint links
Ø Familiar with the installation of Aperto, AFAR, Airaya, AimaxIP and Ubiquiti devices.
Ø Monitoring, troubleshooting and configuration of iDirect, SCPC VSAT and YAHCLICK links.
Ø Troubleshooting VSAT modems comprising SDM-300, CDM-600, CDM-570.
Ø Troubleshooting iDirect 3000 Series satellite routers.
