•Care of confidential and Important Correspondences, Transmittals & Control of important documents / records / reports / Minutes of Meeting.
•Maintaining a log of Incoming and Outgoing Transmittals, submittals, technical/site queries between GCC and Client (Saudi Aramco/SATORP/Mad’en) and distribution to concern department heads / Managers / Sub - Contractors.
•Scanning and hyperlinking of the Incoming and Outgoing Fax, Transmittals, submittals, technical/site queries between GCC and Client (Saudi Aramco/SATORP).
•Updating the IFC drawing folders, As-built drawings, PO’s, Material NMR’s and CRF.
•Keeping records of Quality Control personal’s resumes and Saudi Aramco/SATORP approvals and certificates for Management reference.
•Maintaining and updating the equipment/instrument calibration and re-calibration data sheets.
•Upload the Technical documents in Prodom (Filezilla) Software for submission to Client (SATORP)
