• Followed up on procurement deliverables from MR to Delivery, ensuring full compliance with
Aramco’s procurement workflow for inspectable and non-inspectable materials.
• Monitored and expedited the submission of Material Requisitions (MRs), ensuring timely RFQ
issuance and tracking vendor response timelines.
• Tracked and followed up on Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) progress and ensured timely
submission to Aramco for approval.
• Coordinated with engineering and procurement teams to expedite Award Recommendation (AR)
submissions and ensured Non-Objection Letter (NOL) was obtained from Aramco without delay.
• Closely monitored vendor submittals for NMR-601 (preliminary drawings and data sheets),
coordinated with engineering, and expedited submission of the NMR-601 package to Aramco.
• Followed up with vendors for timely submission of NMR-602 (certified drawings and documents)
and coordinated with relevant teams for NMR-602 package preparation and submission.
• Coordinated the submission and approval of Inspection Test Plans (ITP) from vendors for
materials under Inspection Levels 1-4.
• Expedited submission of NMR-603 documents (O&M manuals, test certificates, installation
guides) and ensured timely closure of documentation requirements.

• Assisted in the procurement of materials and services for HUBCOs power generation facilities,
including the 1, 292 MW Hub Plant and the 225 MW Narowal Plant, ensuring timely and cost
effective acquisition.
• Coordinated with suppliers to obtain quotations, evaluated bids, and prepared purchase orders
in alignment with company policies and project requirements.
• Maintained accurate procurement records and documentation, facilitating efficient tracking and
reporting of procurement activities.
