Responsible for the Quality & Safety Management of Bell Fleet. Developed Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE), Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME) and SMS Manuals to obtain initial & Continuation of PCAA Part-M & Part-145 Approval; Established Quality & Safety Monitoring System (Audits, Corrective Actions, and Feedback System) IAW approved MOE/CAME/ SMS Manual and applicable PCAA Regulations; Responsible to maintain a Close Liaison with PCAA & OEM for coordinating action on Airworthiness & SMS Requirements/ Occurrences & Investigations/ Audits etc and for initiating any necessary further investigation and follow-up activity; Assess and recommend quality & safety requirements for new products and acquisitions; Issue & Control of Authorizations to Quality, Certifying Staff & Pilots through a comprehensive assessment procedure; As an authorized PCAA Trainer (HF & Aviation Legislation) ensure that Initial & Continuation Training Requirements of Certifying Staff/ Pilots are met.
Performed Incident Investigations on Bell-412 & Bell-206 in accordance with Pakistan Civil Aviation Reporting Procedures, recommended and monitored corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
Quality & Safety Oversight for Compliance to QEAF Regulatory Requirements; Internal/ 3rd Party Audits (FB Heliservices, Boeing etc); Tracked Corrective & Preventive Measures (CPM) for their implementation; Carried out Occurrence, Incident & Accident Investigations of Fighters, Transport and Rotary Wing Aircraft; Review and embody all OEM recommendations/ modifications; System Engineering; Worked with cross divisional teams; Worked under ITAR provisions with SAPM, USAF and Boeing & Lockheed Martin on Qatar C17 & C-130 Program for Compliance to QEAF Quality & Safety Management System.
As part of QEAF Investigation Team carried out two major accident investigations on Commando Mk-III and Boeing C-17 aircraft and more than 50 Safety Investigations on AW-139, C-130, C-17, Alpha Jet, Commando, Gazelle, and Mirage 2000-5 Aircraft. Beside investigation, also performed safety surveys, quality & safety surveillance of flight line and work centers. Compiled and presented Safety Reports/ Surveys.

Led a Rotary Wing Flight Line (Bell-206BIII and AH-1F Attack Helicopter) comprising of 150+ personnel in 3 different locations comprised of Military and Civilians Technicians; Ensured safety of aircraft fleet by mandating specific maintenance actions, modifications, and procedures; Ensured continued airworthiness and maintenance of aircraft; Nominated repair vendors and assured components are properly routed and repaired; Conducted MRBs; Commissioned dynamic balancing facility in aero engine overhaul facility; Introduced statistical techniques for defect trend analyses as part of quality program; Developed and implemented new policies and procedures and quality processes for expansion in all areas of MRO business; Assisted changes in MRO project cycles to ensure quality and timely delivery of aircraft and equipment.
