Developed Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE), Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME) and SMS Manuals to obtain initial & Continuation of PCAA Part-M & Part-145 Approval; Established Quality & Safety Monitoring System (Audits, Corrective Actions, and Feedback System) IAW approved MOE/CAME/ SMS Manual and applicable PCAA Regulations; Responsible to maintain a Close Liaison with PCAA & OEM for coordinating action on Airworthiness & SMS Requirements/ Occurrences & Investigations/ Audits etc and for initiating any necessary further investigation and follow-up activity; Assess and recommend quality & safety requirements for new products and acquisitions; Issue & Control of Authorizations to Quality, Certifying Staff & Pilots through a comprehensive assessment procedure; As an authorized PCAA Trainer (HF & Aviation Legislation) ensure that Initial & Continuation Training Requirements of Certifying Staff/ Pilots are met.
Performed Incident Investigations on Bell-412 & Bell-206 in accordance with Pakistan Civil Aviation Reporting Procedures, recommended and monitored corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
