Started working in August 2007 as a customer assistant and was promoted in 2009 as a team leader. In 2010 promoted as a deputy manager and since then working as a deputy manager. While working in Tesco I leaned how retail industry works in UK. Moreover, learned audits and understood the concept of running a business by meeting all legal and safety requirements. Understood the salient features of driving trade effectively are learned the application of just in time so as to run business smoothly and rather more effectively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Managing stock.
2. Compiling different daily reports. ( Cash report, tender report, detank report etc)
3. Conducting stock, cash and price integrity audits etc.
4. Completing price verification cycle.
5. Training team for different legal, health and safety measurement.
