(Stationary Equipment Responsibilities)
• Have a sound experience of working at pressure vessels and process columns, Have carried out the Maintenance of Sieve Trays (fabrication and replacement) of CO2 Stripper at Ammonia Plant. Carried out maintenance, fabrication & replacement of internals of Urea stripper, Urea Reactor, Urea Scrubber, MPD, LPD and other equipment at urea, Ammonia, Melamine and UFC plants as per OEM specification.
• Worked as a team member of Mock up project for the replacement of HNO3 Absorber’s tubes at Nitric Acid plant.
• Involved in maintenance activities of tube-sheet replacement job at Urea Stripper in collaboration with FBM ITALY..
• Have worked as a key team member in CO2 export project, Erection and commissioning of New Ammonia Storage Tank (NAST) and Urea stripper off gas line replacement project in Pak Arab fertilizer limited;
• Preventive and predictive maintenance, Fault rectification of heat exchangers, Tanks, pressure vessels, oil coolers, columns and all other stationary equipment as per schedule & corrective maintenance in case of emergency.
• Performed Mechanical Cleaning of Heat exchangers along with pneumatic and hydraulic pressure testing of all types of Heat Exchangers installed at Urea, Ammonia. Melamine and UFC complex.
• Worked as a key member in the activity of bundle replacement of melamine Reactor.
• Having Maintenance, troubleshooting, dismantling and installation experience of all types of process valves ( Gate, Globe, Angle, Ball, plug and needle valves), PSV, s and relief valves, NRV, Glass level gauges.
• Involved in Fabrication of piping and steel structure during maintenance activities i.e. online leakage rectification jobs according to isometric plan, structural drawings and WPS.
• Sound knowledge of P&ID isometric plan, structural drawings, SNAM piping specifications, SNAM valves and strainers specifications and SNAM general specs for welding along with its symbols and standards.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of all types of Steam traps.
------------Rotary Equipment Responsibilities--------------
• Carried out Preventive, Predictive & rutine Maintenance of Centrifugal Pumps, Reciprocating pumps, gear pumps, lube oil pumps, gear boxes, torque convertor, Blowers e.t.c.
• Carried out Routine and corrective Maintenance of all types of Centrifugal pumps including single and multistage pumps
Also performed Overhauling of centrifugal pumps.
• Maintenance & troubleshooting of all types of Reciprocating pumps used at different complexes like as High Pressure Ammonia pump, High pressure carbamate plunger pump & High pressure flushing pump.
• Routine maintenance of Diaphragm pumps. Also performed diaphragm replacement job.
• Carried out Overhauling of High pressure Ammonia and carbamate plunger pump, single stage Ammonia Booster pump, Hydrolyzer feed pump, Urea melt pump, double stage condensate flushing pump, 11 stages Boiler feed water pump, and other Centrifugal & Reciprocating pumps.
• Replacement, Refurbishment and troubleshooting of Mechanical seals in single and multiple stage pumps used at Urea Plant. Installation of mechanical seals with appropriate procedure.
• Inspection, replacement & troubleshooting of friction and antifriction Bearings used at P.D pumps, centrifugal pump, gearboxes, blowers & drum rollers with good mounting & Dismounting techniques.
• Have a sound command on Alignment of the centrifugal & P.D pumps, compressors, gear boxes, motors, pulleys as well as V belt alignment with best modern techniques and methods including Rim & Face method and especially Laser Alignment technique
