Solve customer problems in terms of technical solutions and design of custom-made products
o Provides information to the coworkers and guiding them during the commissioning, preparation of
planned new spare parts manufacturing and ensuring proper implementation of the relevant spare
parts.
o Supervises the installation of new/running part and arranges for the cutting, welding and
assembling of it.
o Coordinates and supervises paint process along with the quality checks of all the parts as per
required standards.
o Ensures adequate availability of spare parts, materials, tools and equipment. Includes reviewing
needs, ordering spares, preparing workshop orders, initiating purchase requests for manager’s
approval.
o Compiles and submits technical work and breakdown reports as and when required.
o Participates in the diagnosis and repair of major faults and breakdowns
