Preparation of concept development, presentations, preliminary design,
detail design, fire life safety design, tender and construction documents
by using BIM tools.
Project design coordination directly with Project managers, Interior
Designers, Structural & MEP engineers.
Attending meetings with municipalities to get approval for the projects.
Assisting Sr. Architects in responds to contractor RFIs, necessary design
adjustment of area’s as per the actual condition of site, & buildings
services.
Responsible for reviewing the shop drawings of sub-consultants and
ensuring those are according to building codes, specific standards &
regulations.
Assisting Sr. Architects in developing solutions to technical & detail
design issues.
