Responsibilities at ADGAS during TA 2010:
Allocation and deployment of resources according to overall and daily planned/scheduled jobs.
Preparing Network for Base scope in Primavera 6.
Looking after the modification and new installation in Sulphur Recovery plant.
Studying the different possibilities for rigging out different equipments e.g. Sulpher Condenser, Inline Heater and Knockout Drums etc
Preparation Work Books for Area Engineers.
Continual review and development of procedures and common support processes resulting in improved project effectiveness.
Leading All Planners in preparation of Method Statements.
Preparation of Fortnightly Progress Reports.
Identify & arrangement of required material for CCTV inspection Access Points (Process & Utility) of cooling water system.
Estimation of area for blasting, painting and insulation for full train.
Estimation of material and resources for R&Rs (Repair and Recommendations), WRs (Work Requests).
Reviewing and ordering the Base Scope Materials.
Man-hours estimation.
Preparation of network on Primavera 6.1.
