To support the FEC operation on all technical and maintenance issues;
To perform amusement equipment start up and shut down operations during opening and closing times as per the procedures prescribed;
To maintain and repair all amusement equipment;
To install and set up new games and equipment as necessary;
To maintain tools and supplies necessary for maintenance of arcade games and equipment in a good condition;
To log and report equipment defects for proper warranty handling.
To patrol the FEC floor continuously and ensure that all machines are functioning appropriately. To maintain relevant safety standards on the floor by ensuring tools, machine parts, electrical wires, etc.
To liaise with Technical Supervisor and follow his instructions on machine faults on a daily basis. Ensure that all machines meet the required safety standards before customer use.
To maintain the amusement equipment to optimum standards through constant testing and regular servicing, paying particular attention to safety for both the public and staff members. To monitor and record the use of spare parts, notifying the Technical Supervisor on stock levels, ensuring adequate levels are maintained to sustain machine performance.
To prepare and submit reports on a daily basis on all work carried out and any parts used.
To maintain, daily, weekly and monthly maintenance schedules as laid out by the Technical Supervisor.
To duly fill in the log book for each machine after every service call. Investigate, Troubleshoot and resolve all minor and major Technical issues on all games and rides. Our role often includes spending extra hours at the facility to rectify and errors occurring in the machines so as to provide customers with a 100% operational facility.
Repairing of Micro Electronics, Working on Basic IT Skills and Power Electronic Systems that include High Voltage UPS devices.
Mechanical and Hydraulic System Maintenance and Repair .
Work closely with project managers and engineering consultants to develop 2D detailed drawings, floor plans, Electrical & Mechanical , using AutoCAD.
Working on CCTV Doing troubleshooting and television monitors. Corrected positions of the CCTV cameras to ensure all angles are covered by the cameras. Assured that the machines of the CCTV are in good working condition.
Working on Grand Stream IP Phone and Attendance machines , Doing Some basic troubleshooting .
install, test, and maintain electrical or wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
Connect wires to circuit breakers, or other components.
Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as multi meter to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
Operate and Maintenance of 200 and 100 KVA Generators set.
Operate and Maintenance of ATS panel and change over switch
