Implementation and operation lead in building a first-class service provider network which offers ICT services for business and residential customers in two mega projects; King Abdullah Financial District \[KAFD\] and Information Technology & Communication Complex \[ITCC\] - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:
• Providing a high level of technical support for Data Center & IP MPLS network, Routing Protocol technologies on a Cisco Network with mixed technologies
• Responsible for the Implementation of all NOS deliverables and reports in the ITCC/KAFD network
• Acting as an interactive channel between ITCC/KAFD and Cisco FTS (Focused Technical Support Services) and NOS (Network Optimization Support) teams
• Reviewing and implementing all Cisco recommendation technical reports.
• Reviewing and Implementing Cisco Network Optimization reports (Syslog, Analysis, Audit and best practices Reports)
• Upgrading the IOS, IOS-XR, IOS-XE, NX-OS software for ITCC/KAFD devices
• Pre-implentation feature testing in lab enviroment belofe production.
• Initiating and approving network configuration changes, enhancements, cleanups, and working with the configuration management team to deploy them
• Reviewing the primarily acceptance test (PAT) for new core & access network devices
