Implementation and operation lead in building a first-class service provider network which offers ICT services for business and residential customers in two mega projects; King Abdullah Financial District \[KAFD\] and Information Technology & Communication Complex \[ITCC\] - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
• Providing a high level of technical support for Data Center & IP MPLS network, Routing Protocol technologies on a Cisco Network with mixed technologies
• Responsible for the Implementation of all NOS deliverables and reports in the ITCC/KAFD network
• Acting as an interactive channel between ITCC/KAFD and Cisco FTS (Focused Technical Support Services) and NOS (Network Optimization Support) teams
• Reviewing and implementing all Cisco recommendation technical reports.
• Reviewing and Implementing Cisco Network Optimization reports (Syslog, Analysis, Audit and best practices Reports)
• Upgrading the IOS, IOS-XR, IOS-XE, NX-OS software for ITCC/KAFD devices
• Pre-implentation feature testing in lab enviroment belofe production.
• Initiating and approving network configuration changes, enhancements, cleanups, and working with the configuration management team to deploy them
• Reviewing the primarily acceptance test (PAT) for new core & access network devices
• Level 2 support roles including receiving escalated fault tickets from Level 1 team
• Provision and troubleshoot new customer services (L2VPN, L3VPN, DIA, VPLS, and Broadband)

The Mobily MPLS is providing end-to-end services for voice and data traffic backbone. This is providing services to whole kingdom for voice and internet data traffic.
Responsibilities:
My responsibility was to oversee Shift Operations end-to-end and handover to the next shift; including:
• Handled the tasks of maintaining IP/MPLS infrastructure of the organization
• Responsible for implementing network related projects as well as configuring and maintaining various network devices
• Assigned the responsibilities of providing on-going network support.
• Generated ideas in bringing technology solutions to business problems, administration and configuration service
