Job Responsibilities:
• Timely indicate and consult with the management and outsourced agencies to hire new workforce for nonstop operation in all concerns.
• Responsible for recruitment, selection, organize interview, collecting/verify credentials, finalizing and making offer letter.
• Arrange and process the documents according to the requirements.
• Follow all procedures and rules for smooth processing and continuous follow up with staff, concerned department, and government offices.
• Coordinate & Maintain PRO task monitoring sheet and follow up to complete the task prior to due date.
• Induction and orientation for new staff from all department of the organization.
• Safe keeping of personnel related files - soft copy and hard copy for audit, and government office queries.
• Monitor and renew labour contract, visa and licenses to avoid penalties for existing employee
• Implement and follow all rules, regulations, policies, procedures and protocols with true spirit.
• Utilize ERP / Database for updating; and generating monthly attendance for management review.
• Monitor site workers overtime and submit for approval.
• Prepare and get approval monthly payroll for timely disbursement of the salaries of all employees.
• Maintain employee annual leave calendar and manage leave request form.
• Make final settlement for the resigned staff and their proper cancellation from the government offices.
• Calculate annual leave salary, airfare allowance for the employees.
Joined YAS in January, 2013 as a HR Assistant, on July 7th 2013, I have been promoted as HR Officer on the basis of good performance in 2013.
I have again promoted as HR & Admin Supervisor in May 21st 2014 on the basis of outstanding performance for the year of 2014.
Senior Credit Risk Review Officer

Consumer Credit Risk Division - Pan Pakistan (All Products - Credit cards, Auto Loan, Home Loan, Secured Personal Loan)
As Credit Risk Review Officer, I lead four team members, my core job description is as follows;
• Scrutiny of loan applications for grant of Loan Approvals based on criteria such as limits available, eligibility, loan repayment installments, completeness of supporting documents as per the bank’s policy and procedures.
• Disbursement of loans as per Disbursement Authority Certificate.
• Supervision of overall credit portfolio and evaluate credit history of establishments with peer industries and geographic locations.
• Ensure that all transactions comply with Prudential Regulations, Laws & Circulars issued by the State Bank of Pakistan and internal Bank Policy.
• To conduct follow up reviews to ensure continued implementation of recommendations made by SBP and auditors (Internal/external/SBP).
• Conduct research on emerging economic and political trends in the macro environment, to identify emerging risks and evaluate potential impact on the risk management.
• Framework and risk appetite.
• Involved in Recruitment, Resourcing, Batch Hiring, Employee Engagement Initiatives, Talent Management, application screening, interview, job offering, contract preparation whilst ensuring high service quality and quick closure employment cycle.

• Coordinating to resolve the staff issue.

CREDIT Analyst
