Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to guide financial planning.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain the general ledger, posting journal entries and reconciling accounts.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoicing and collections.

Audit Engagements:
It includes analysis and reviews of Financial Statements and statutory external audits of various industry clients. Scope of work, inter-alia, including ensuring compliance with management policies, identification of weaknesses in the system for potential risks, and examining financial statements to ensure compliance with National and International Reporting Frameworks, primarily comprising of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

• Corporate Tax/VAT Registration and Filings:
➢ Corporate Tax/VAT registration for clients, ensuring adherence to all regulatory compliance.
➢ Prepared and filed Corporate Tax/VAT returns accurately and on time, minimizing penalties and calculating tax liabilities.
