Involved in P.M & C.M activities of the (ISOCINATES) DNT, TDA, TDI, PHOSOGEN,
SALPHURIC ACID, NITRIC ACID Plants (SADARA)
Arranging work orders, Receiving the Permits and assigning Technicians
for jobs
Lead the team in all kind of Electrical Troubleshooting activities
Complete the daily work log sheet
Perform the job with all safety procedures of Plants
Performing HIGH VOL ATAGE Switching activities and applying LOTO
whenever required by Electrical or Other Departments
P.M & C.M of Motors, Transformers, Switch Gear, VFD, Battery Bank,
Battery Charger, UPS, etc.
P.M, C.M and V isual Inspection of Lighting and Groundin g System
Taking care of All kind of installation of MCC Room
P.M & C.M of all kind of switch gear
Repair and replace defective components in motors, generators,
controllers, storage batteries, switchboards, conductors, switches and
varied electrical fixtur es.
Design and modify motor power control apparatus circuits.
Prepare schedules and coordinate activities with varied electrical divisions
and sections.
Plan and prepare work orders or instructions utilizing blueprints, sketches
and drawings.
Ensure accurate and apt completion of all protective maintenance duties.
Performing IR, WR, Thermovison, MCSA and Polarity Index Tests on M otors
Performing Battery Ductor Test on Battery Banks
Performing BDV, IR, WR, Polarity Index and Turn Ratio tests for
Transformers
Performing Contact Resistance, Pick Up, T iming / Tripping and IR tests on
Relays and C.B.
Reporting any safety breaches to Management
F illing Job stop cards and courage to care cards whenever required
Project : QATAR Aluminum Smelter
Major Inputs & Deliverables
* Worked with QATALUM Port Operation Department as Operation &
Maintenance Technician
* Preventive & Corrective Maintenance of Pneumatic Ship Un loader, Bulk
Material Transfer Mechanism, Truck loading station and Storage Silos
* P.M & C.M of VFD, Motors, Power & control Panels, MCC rooms and Lighting
System at Jetty and Silo area Monitoring all systems and equipment’s from
HMI in control Room
* Familiar with SAP and work order system
* Operate SHIP Un Loader during Ship Cargo Unloading operation
* Ad hoc Support for all kind of Operation activities at Port and Silo Area
Project : Jazan Oil Refinery KSA (JRUP, JRTF)
Major Inputs & Deliverables
* Act as Charge Hand (Supervising the Electricians & Helpers)
* Raising R.F.I for Inspection after Completion of work
* Familiar with ARAMCO R.F.I system and documentation
* Interprets technical drawing & updates with following the installation of new
systems and equipment
* Participates in JSA & Permit to Work Preparation
* Report any breaches of safety procedures to Supervisor
* Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, appliances
and fixtures
* Installation of JBs, DBs, Power Panels, Cable Trays, Industrial 3 Phase Power
Outlets and Lighting Fixtures
* Installation of wiring systems and control panels
* Installation and commissioning of MCC, LP, PP CCR panels
* Installation of all kind of switch gear
