Responsibilities:
In 2015, assigned at NKY ((NKY Architects & Engineers (Consultant Company)) as a Site Mechanical Engineer and is responsible for the Project progress review, shop drawings review and inspections of HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing systems for the assigned projects of KAP2.
Responsible to coordinate mechanical drawings with architectural, electrical and structural engineers as per design/shop drawings.
Responsible to inspect installation of HVAC, Firefighting & Plumbing systems, from Ducts/Pipes to Units/Pumps installations as per projects specs, standards and approved drawings.
Responsible to direct inspectors for site inspection and contractor for installation of mechanical systems.
Responsible to make weekly & monthly site progress reports and to highlights critical works, to be completed with predetermined time and schedule.
Project: AL-IMAM IBN SAUD ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY (RIYADH)
Responsibilities:
Completed/handed over mechanical works in Housing Dormitories (8 no), Educational Buildings (3 no), Car Parking buildings (2no), Kitchen & Restaurants(4 no), Admin Building (01 no) and 26 small fountains with 4 Junior Site Engineers, 04 Cad Operators, 16 foremen and 300+ workers.
Completed mechanical Infra works for stage-1 with 1 Junior Site Engineers, 01 Cad Operators, 2 foremen and 20+ workers.
Reviewed and revised contract drawings, developed shop & as-built drawings, Installed, tested and commissioned mechanical systems for buildings like Housing dormitories, kitchen & Restaurants, Educational building, Car Parking, and Infra Mechanical works like Fire/chilled/water piping, Irrigation systems and pumping Stations (Fire/Domestic/Sewage/Rain Water).
Joined FTCO Company as Junior Engineer and promoted to Senior within a year of hard work.

Responsibilities:
Directed company in the preparation of cost estimates for a wide variety of HVAC,
Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems projects and completed worthy projects on appropriate cost.
Heading for in determining project schedules, manpower requirements and project budgets and achieved pleasing profit margin from projects.
Engaged in establishing HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting basis of design and finalized it with clients and consultants for number of projects.
Tied up with site team in the installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing systems and completed projects as per defined time periods.
