• Preparation of Project Quality Plan, Inspection & test Plan, quality control procedures in coordination with QA/QC Manager. Expediting review and approval of these documents from company.
• Ensuring availability and implementation of above mentioned approved documents at site.
• Adequately submission of “Inspection Test Requests” and liaising with Company regarding execution of scheduled inspections.
• Ensuring that all inspections and tests are carried out as indicated on the appropriate Inspection & Test Plan (ITP). Ensuring results of inspections and filing of these documents in a safe and secure manner.

• Maintaining the log of NCR’s and ensuring that NCR’s are resolved by the target date.
• Participating in audits during all phases of project. Also, Implementing audit program for subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with the requirements of EPC contract and approved quality plan.
• Supervising quality inspectors for effective control of project activities and assigning work related to inspections.
• Review and approval of ITP’s, procedures, weld books (WPS & PQR) and WPQR submitted by subcontractors.
• Promoting quality awareness and continuous improvement to influence the overall success of the project.
• Assisting QA/QC Manager for reporting and updating of activities status (piping test packages, solo run, loop checks, walk downs, punch items, inspection test records etc.) regarding each system and subsystems to achieve the Mechanical Completion.
• Assisting in preparation of Mechanical Completion dossiers and maintaining the mechanical completion dossiers and certification logs.
• Coordinating with commissioning team to ensure the completion of functional tests and preparation of commissioning dossiers to achieve “Ready for Test run Certificate” and PAC.

• Witness of Non Destructive testing and Destructive testing along with TPI and GASCO. Ensuring that all welding and NDT inspection activities are completed and relevant documents are reviewed by Client prior to hydro testing.
• Co-ordination with Operations and Safety prior to start of welding for tie-ins to make sure that all safety requirements are met and there is no hazard to existing facilities as well as personnel working at site.
• Interpretation of radiographs, review of RT reports and its approval from client.
• Review of Final Welds PWHT chart / reports and making sure PWHT requirements in sour environments in line with project specification and applicable codes.
• Preparation and review of piping test packs before offering to client for final review
• Witness of pressure testing for AGKOD and piping. Signing off relevant test reports from TPI and client.
• Monitoring and final weld visual of associated steel structure i.e. supports, platforms and ladders.
• Liaising with NDT subcontractor for timely availability of resources, completion of assigned work and NDT reports review.
• Co-ordination for painting inspection of piping spools at subcontractor’s (FAMECO) yard and offering final inspections to TPI.
• Review and approval of Subcontractor’s submitted Manufacturing Data Record Book as well as preparation and submission of final hand over packages to client
