• Compressors: All types of centrifugal, positive displacement, heavy and also small size i.e. Ingersoll-Rand, Clark, GHH, APV, BAKER, and Hamworthy & Sulzer.
• Turbines: Siemen’s Turbine up to 13 MW for replacement of complete rotors .Also overhauling of 1500 PSIG high pressure steam turbines & turbines of Elliot, KKK, Mitsubishi and Terry make. Condensing type turbine FRANCO TOSI MAKE. Process Hydraulic reaction turbine.
• All Types of: High pressure and large flow rate ammonia, carbamate & other process Reciprocating, Centrifugal, and Rotary and metering pumps.
• Cooling Towers: of Counter flow types of head Wriston make (fan and Gear box & Pumps).
• Mechanical Seals: Maintenance & Overhauling of all types of mechanical seals.
• Miscellaneous: All types preventive maintenance on all rotary equipments.
• Maintenance: Maintenance of electric motors.
• Safety Training: One month safety training from safety and training department of Dawood Hercules Chemicals Limited which includes following topics.
Plant Safety and Workshop Safety
• Three years Apprenticeship training programme included theoretical & field training from 4th September 2006 to 3rd September 2009 in Mechanical (Millwright) Trade from Dawood Hercules Chemicals Limited Lahore Road Sheikhupura. • Six month Apprenticeship training programme from A.T.C Township Lahore. • Worked on ISO-9000 documents during training & know how to maintain the ISO documents records.
