I have got great experience as an 'Operations Engineer' at Agritech (formerly Pak-American Fertilizers) Ltd in its ammonia and urea production facilities and in utility section, where I got the chance to equip myself with good technical skills. My responsibilities included monitoring operations and production and giving report on it. It was a great experience for me as I gone through all sections of this fertilizer plant and observed the various operations. During my job at Agritech Ltd., an important skill which I got was the dismantling, repairing and reassembling of turbine where I learned processing and important mechanical skills of turbine maintenance and it whole process had the duration of one week. My areas of interest are heat transfer, mass transfer, fluid mechanics, and instrumentation & process control which are the core operations of an industry. During the course of my undergraduate studies, I have developed proficiency in use of computer software necessary for an engineer like MATLAB, Aspen HYSYS, Microsoft office etc.
I taught in Ravian Education Campus which was a great teaching experience for me. I also performed the responsibilities as an administrator and in management as well. I got rich experience from this job as I interacted with different students who shared their problems and I solved those, in consequence, I gained positive responses and I was appreciated too.
I am a Chemical Engineer. I have got industrial training at Agritech (formerly Pak-American Fertilizers) Ltd in its ammonia and urea production facilities and in utility section, where I got the chance to equip myself with good technical skills. My final year project was on hydro-desulfurization unit for an oil refinery to produce 26,000 barrels per day of ultra-low sulfur diesel (containing 15 ppm sulfur by weight) to provide green fuel to Pakistan. My areas of interest are heat transfer, mass transfer, fluid mechanics, and instrumentation and process control, which are the core operations of any industry. During the course of my undergraduate studies, I have developed proficiency in use of computer software necessary for an engineer of which Matlab and Aspen Hysys are of great importance.
