• Worked as Lab I/C Optical Emission Spectrometer Lab and took care of routine activities including testing, calibration, sample handling, preparation and storage
• Worked as Deputy Technical Manager for Optical Emission Spectrometer Lab taking care of ISO 17025 Accreditation activities, managing the conduction of internal and external audits and controlling documents
• Worked in the capacity of Lab I/C Mechanical Testing and performed tensile, bend, compression, fatigue, hardness, impact testing as per ASTM and client specified standards
• Performed Failure Investigation studies incorporating basic material characterization techniques, metallography, scanning electron microscopy, tribology, atomic force microscopy and surface profilometry
