Pre - Contract Award
- Review and formulate MOU’s / consortium agreements.
- Review and analyze the terms and conditions of the contract.
- Contract preparation and documentation.
Post - Contract Award
- Provide contract administration support during project execution.
- Performing contractual audits and suggesting corrective / preventive measures.
- Evaluation of additional cost & EOT claims and counter claims.
- Provide subcontract documentation and administration support.

Position: Business Development Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential business opportunities and liaise with the key players to formulate an advance strategy.
- Forming strategic alliances / joint ventures as per specific project requirements.
- Ensuring pre-qualification of the company with clients through submission of fully compliant pre-qualification document.
- Analyse the tender documents to figure out the scope of work, commercial / technical aspects of the project and subsequently assisting in proposal preparation.
- Handling pre/post-bid clarifications.
