• Preparing & reviewing company’s operational budget.
• Manpower reviewing, planning & budgeting department Wise.
• Established cost & controlling MIS reporting, variance analysis reports, quantity & cost wise with budget Vs actual variances
• Monitoring & preparing daily catering, housekeeping & laundry cost reports.

• Reviewing stocks on all inventoried items, keeping in mind that inventory must be kept at reasonable levels without compromising the efficiency of the operations & recommending necessary actions time to time.
• Monitoring and maintaining production standard worksheets & provides timely costing information.
• Supervises and distributes daily flash cost and monthly sales potential reports as requested by management.
• Time to time study the Ezware ERP system & secure perfect software and recommending necessary correction.
• Fixed assets management developed the bar-coding system for fixed assets.
• Purchase requisitions approval & reviewing comparison analysis sheets, invoice checking & verification.
• Coordinate with procurement dep’t & recommended alternative sources or products.
• Coordinate with accounts payable & specialized in subcontractor payments.
• Study and analysis individual division practices.
• Coordinating & work with respective department managers and assist in setting cost control measures.
• Track, monitor and reconcile all transactions and prepares a variety of Costing reports.
• Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
• Waste management & sales monitoring.

Job Description

1. Preparing Monthly & Yearly Sales Forecast Territories-wise.
2. Monitoring weekly & monthly Actual Sales Vs Forecasted.
3. Variance / Financial Analysis Management Reporting.
4. Looking after office sales of local & international customers.
5. To track and monitor the products shipped from the suppliers, in order to make sure the product is delivered to the customers as per promised delivery dates.
6. coordinating with Procurement Dep’t & Stores for properly maintain the fast moving items.

8. Entertaining Enquiries & Quoting Prices for (Machinery & Parts)
9. Lunched Warranty Claims with suppliers using Internet based programs.
10. To manage and control the fleet of 40 vehicles of the company for proper maintenance with local garages like Al Tayer Motors, Al Habtoor Motors, Al Futtaim Motors, Nissan etc. and leasing companies like AVIS, Auto Plus, Diamondlease, Budget and Thrifty etc.
