• Liaise with auditors in preparation and review of financial statements.

Main business: Internal Audit & Consultancy
Main duties: Report to managing Director & Share Holders.
• Responsible for financial and management functions including the review of systems of internal controls and financial
procedures.
• Ensure efficient running of the accounting and information departments.
• Plan and supervise the financial outsource activities for SMEs.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, quarterly forecasts, performance review and annual budget, year-end
reporting.

Main business: Construction, Logistics and Trading
Main duties: Report to GM & Board Members
• Preparation of Project budget and closely monitor variance analysis.
• Price proposal for ISAF (International security Assistance forces) construction contracts.
• Preparation of financial statements as per GAAP.
• Meetings with ISAF Personnel for Project handling and giving Financial synopsis.
• Maintaining proper Internal controls, typically in the areas of financial reporting, compliance, and operations.
• Proactively managed liquidity to make sure the adequate liquidity level and to predict future financial needs, and plan
for cash management.
• Review of annual internal and external auditing schedules and coordinate audit activities.
• Advise management by giving recommendations to achieve strategic objectives.

Main duties: Report to Chief Accountant
• Efficiently managed accounting task handed over by Chief Accountant and completed it to satisfaction.
• Ensure all expenses are charged to correct heads of accounts.
• Preparation of payrolls and carrying out of bookkeeping.
• Monitoring of funds utilization and Petty Cash management.
• Prepare & analyze receivable and payable statements.
• Prepare financial Reports in compliance with policies and procedures of the organization.

Report to Senior Accountant
• Entry of travel expense claims by the employees which need to be reimbursed.
• Preparation of cheques and signing for approval from the director finance.
• Sending of Salary Slips to the employees and tax calculation according to salary.
• Petty cash Management & Bank Reconciliation Statement.
