Draft and ensure that clients’ financial statements (Statement of Financial Position Statement of Comprehensive Income, Statement of changes in equity, Notes to the Financial Statements) in accordance with U.A.E Law, various regulatory bodies’ regulation and IFRS.

Handle audit work from beginning to finalization and attend to clients (Owners and accounting & finance personnel) regarding various issues in order to meet contracting deliverable on time.

Verify the client control over the critical areas of cash flows, sales, purchases and inventory at planning stage to ensure they are being operated effectively.

Carry out wide range of substantive procedures on the various accounts in the Income statement as well as Balance Sheet in accordance with International Standards for Audit (ISA).

Document findings and proceeding of the planning, interim and the final report to the Managing Partner of the firm.

Review and correct other team’s members draft audit report before submitting to Managing Partner.

Prepare forecast Income statement for the clients, and ratio performance of the clients.

Handled various Internal Audit assignments independently.

Advise and assist accountant for various accounting and auditing issues.

Supervise accountant to record weekly vouchers, handling donation through bank, bank reconciliation, preparing profit and loss accounts and balance sheet.

Review accountant work before being presented to board.

Maintain the company’s General Ledgers accounts.

Maintain Fixed Assets Register, calculate depreciation monthly and resolve any variances or auditor queries regarding fixed assets.

Send Purchase Orders to Suppliers.

Recording of Payment to suppliers.

Recording of Receipts from Customers.

Perform Bank reconciliation on monthly basis.

Reconciliation of Accounts, confirm that all the transactions were recorded on monthly basis..

Prepare Trial Balance on monthly basis.

Maintain and record Petty Cash expense.

Record Inter company Purchases, Perform Inter company reconciliations and report final figures for Income Statement (Purchases) and balance sheet (In transit).

Calculate Inventory movement (Fabric), work in process (Garments) and carry out stock taking monthly.

Payroll Preparation and disbursement.

Record Export sales and realization

Calculate exchange gain or loss on Export realizations.

Maintain KPI’s file and report to Internal auditor

Supplier age analysis monthly or on demands.

Liaise with Internal auditors.

Perform Test of Control on Bank Reconciliations, Petty Cash and different Kind of Vouchers for authorization, classification and completeness etc…..

Perform Analytical Procedures on Expenses.

Communicate with Client throughout the engagement of audit.

Occasionally Visits for physical verification.

Play a part in Internal Audit assignment as a junior member of the team on various occasion..

Communicate with third Parties for Evidence (Bank confirmation).

Preparation of daily cash book.

Preparation of Invoice for Customers.

Follow up Customers for payments.

Prepare Quotation for Customers.

Collection from Customers.

Maintain General ledgers.

Deal with Banks.
