To be accountable for the Key Account Manager’s project implementations in terms of delivery according to time schedule, customer satisfaction.
To be accountable that all contractual deliverables are fulfilled in accordance to the assignment specification and customer project contract.
To participate in the pre sales processes as a Core Three member (CFR) on behalf of the project office whenever required. This includes, providing proposals or quotations for all project related services to comply with customer proposals or quotation requirements and business objectives.
To provide effective progress monitoring and control in an integrative method, especially during the establishment, realization and hand-over phases to maintain control of both physical progress and cash-flow for the project (SPI, CPI and EVM).
To provide regular and accurate project performance and status reporting to internal customers (Project Sponsor and Head of Project Office) and the external customer (Client/Owner).
To ensure that the project is executed according to company’s values, applicable directives, guidelines and policies established within Ericsson’s head office as well as Ericsson Pakistan (ECP) and government regulations / laws.

Conducted and participated in the site survey and executed the plan as per the project guidelines in Warid Ph-I & II.
