Duties:
Execute suitability and availability of drawings and other data to ensure the contractor has the right information for the work in hand.
Execute quality of product / information / coordination provided by the consultant.
Execute the quality and timeliness of inspections carried out by the consultant.
Execute progress of the works for compliance with the schedule.
Execute that appropriate planning tools are implemented by the contractor, including the accurate look ahead schedules.
Execute that materials for the works are submitted for approval in time, delivered on time and suitably stored on site prior to incorporation in the works.
Execute that client furnished materials is requested in sufficient time to permit purchase and deliver to the site without delay to the schedule.
Execute and maintaining the procedures for meetings, meeting documentation, follow-up and tracking of issues and participate actively in resolving outstanding issues.
Developing project baselines; monitoring & controlling projects with respect to
cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure
satisfactory execution of projects.

KAFD is a large, mixed use development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia .KAFD is a design build contract being carried out by Saudi Bin laden Group. The goal of KAFD is to establish a mixed-use community that integrate business and recreational activities for Riyadh’s growing financial workforce. Comprises over sixty mixed use blocks ranging from fifteen to forty five stories, each designed by world renowned leading architectural firms such as Foster & Partners, RMJM, RTKL, Henning & Larsen, Perkins & Will, Callison, FXFOWLE and Skidmore Ownings and Merrill.Osmani a Duties: Zone - 4 Parcel 4.12, Residential and office 26 Stories Building.
Responsible for project functions included but not limited to Project Management, Site
Management, Project Control Management, Engineering Management, Procurement,
