Responsibilities: I was responsible for maintenance and generation of payrolls of over 1, 500 sales and non-sales staff. I was also looking at maintenance and approval procedures of employees' leaves. I actively participated in organizing training and development events for employees. Introduced employee evaluation and incentive based packages in the company. Liaise with legal consultants on company's behalf. I also actively participated in resolving a labor strike in 2006. I participated in the designing, testing and implementation of HR module of the new system for the company. Responsibilities included, liaison between the company and the developers.
