- Coordination with third party monitoring company for every TV and radio campaign for tracking reports
- Coordination with media house for reconciliation for the spots invoiced Vs. spots reported by third party tracking company
- Compilation of report against spots on aired vs. spots dropped for invoice verification
- Creation of SAN and GRN in SAP
- Supporting senior manager in organizing PTCL internal event and sponsorships

- Evaluating sponsorship packages and propose best suitable for PTCL.
- End to end management and execution of sponsorships
- Coordination and follow up with all BTL vendors on various ongoing projects
- Coordination with procurement and accounts department for day to day marketing operations
- Oversee all marketing related activities like ATL, BTL etc.
- Oversee the work related to vendors payment
- Prepare all the invoices/cases related to vendors being forwarded by accounts office viz attach necessary documents and re-submit to accounts office
- Perform liaison role between Marcom department & accounts department & make possible of the smooth running of payment process between two departments
- Communicate & get necessary documents (related to tracking) from outdoor agency & media agency.
- Brought new customers to bank by providing customized services according to their needs
- Managed clients portfolios and help them manage their cash portfolios efficiently and effectively
I have done my MS/MBA (3.5) with specialization of Marketing in February 2015 with A grade.
I have done my Bachelors in Commerce (B.Com) from Hailey College of Commerce, Punjab University, Lahore in 2011 with 84% (Ist Division).
I have done my HSS in Diploma in Commerce with 73%. Got 10th position in whole District. I have learned accounting, principles of banking and a course of information technology also read in college schooling.
