- Operates Elettronica Pagani's Cryo T-Shock which mainly offers Slimming functions thru the use of thermography and cryotherapy to reahape one's body.

- Integrates with the sport event held within different parts of the country which the company sponsors it. It also includes the operation of massage gun, compression boots and stretching movements

- Assists other therapists in doing IASTM(Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) which is also known as Scraping and also does Dry Cupping.

-Assists patients in using LED (Light EmittingDiode) which is used in improving skin quality and PEMF(Pulse Electro-Magnetic Field)Mat which has copper PEMF coils infrared lights and crystals which exercise cells to help resolve cellular dysfunction and to support overall welness.

- Performs holistic massage which could be a therapeutic massage or a sports massage.

- Helps in selling Company branded sports products like the Lacrosse Ball, Massage Gun, Resistance Bands, Foam Rollers, Compression Boots etc..

- Assists the Dermatologist in performing procedures in Fillers, Threads, Botox, Mesotherapy and other procedures like Electrocautery or Micro needling using HIFU(High Intensity Focused Ultrasound) Machine
- Performs facial procedures using Hydra Clear Machine, General Projects' Oxy System, Derma Sweep Machine, LED Facial Therapy and the newest Facial Machines available in the clinic.

- Perform Therapeutic Massage according to the guests's needs.
- Maintain cleanliness on the workstation.
- Does inventories on the stocks used in massage and reports it for purchasing order.

Conducts all the spa treatments as offered by the spa may it be massage facial treatment, massage or body treatments.
- Familiarize the products used in the spa like the Volcanic Earth, Pacific Passion and other natural island products.
- Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the spa.
- Updates inventory of the spa products.
- Aides in marketing the retail products and the spa services.
- Helps in maintaining the standard treatments of the spa.
- Prepares the welcome and farewell drinks for the guests.
- Makes the preparations of scrubs and wraps for treatments.
- Do the set up of treatment rooms for the things needed, towel folding and decorations.
- Takes walk-in bookings and fix the schedule of treatments everyday.
- Attends morning briefing for hotel's everyday occupancy and activities.
- Reports directly to the General Manager for any spa concerns.

- Performs all the spa treatments that the Spa company provided from Thalgo and Deadsea Facial Treatments to body treatments like Thalgo, Deadsea Packages, Royal Hammam and massages like the traditional body work out of Swede Fitness, French Relax or Siam Stretch and Ayurvedic treatments like Abyanga, Shirodara or Kativasty.
- Provides assistance to the guest who uses the hydrotherapy machines like Hydrotherapy Bath, Massotherm Slimming Capsule, Dry Floatation Bed, Vichy Showers, Kneipp Hose and the Thermotherapy Suites like the Roman Styled Caldarium and Laconium, with the Traditional Sauna and Steam Baths.
- Conducts Upselling within the hotel properties.
- Does cleaning and maintenance of the treatment rooms.
- Participates in the hotel activities like Clean and Green Drives and Communication Meetings.
- Maintains the brand standards of the hotel and the spa.
- Undergoes refresh trainings of the Hotel and Spa's brand standard treatments.
- Agrees to be sent to other IHG properties for taskforce and support.

- Receive medical files daily from nursing units and assembles documents in chronological order.
- Receives and retrieves requested files from clinics and non-clinics.
- Prepares lists of medical records to be forwarded to the various medical services for chart review.
- Prepares monthly report of all delinquency and maintains a follow up system until records are completed and received.
- Retrieves chart daily for appointment and prepares files for walk-in patients.
- Delivery of scheduled patients files to all clinics before the clinic proper starts.
- Collects returned files from clinics in subsequent periods; sorting them chronologically and filing them back to the designated terminal digits.
- Processes newly opened files received.
- Prepares new files for clinic and registration.
- Audit and review all returned files from the clinic to check and remove any excess or extra papers and to check misfiled documents.
- Performs other related duties.
- Shelf reading, check and ensure correct filing of patients files and trace missing o misfiled files.
