• Manage, enhance and improve business of PTCL in the assigned sub-division by providing faultless, smooth communication to the valued customers.
• Identifying saturated and outdated network elements and, hence, planning and designing the installation of new OSP Network according to Market Demand.
• Field visits to monitor the network health & take necessary actions accordingly.
• Maintenance of underground Primary, Secondary Cables, Loops, Cabinets, DPs.
• Surveying, testing and fault identification in OSP network.
• Coordination with different departments to resolve the communication breakdowns at the earliest.
• Analysis of weekly reports of churn and customer complaints to priorities the network rehabilitation projects accordingly.
• Effectively implementing new policies, strategies and rules & regulations proposed by the higher management.
• Resolving customer complaints at earliest.
Department where I complete my internship is Product and Development. In this section I learn about winding of transformer, safety, manufacturing of transformer. And also about panels how it work.
