Technical and administrative supervision of Field Operations Projects in South-II region.
•Developing processes for different departments like NOC Escalation matrices, supply chain cycle, reporting mechanism, Back office coordination support and administrative issues.
•Managing the field teams and defining tasks for the team leads and supervisors.
•Planning, Execution and implementation of all PM schedules for equipments including Telecom and Non Telecom parts.

• Accountable for BTS BS-240 and BTS-280 Micro BTS Commissioning and its integration to the BSC,
• Accountable for trouble-shooting of BTS & TRAU,
• Hand on experience of GSM KPIs, Worst Cell and Quality Issues,
• Monitor and troubleshoot Sector and Trx Issues (Siemens Equipment),
• Commissioning of COBA and COSA Card (Siemens Equipment),
• Installation of ACTM Card and Alarm Patching (Siemens Equipment),
• Installation and Commissioning of NEC PASOLINK NEO & Siemens SRAL (Transmission Equipment),
• Patching of Primary and Secondary E1 of BTS,

• Transferring E1’s from BSC/MSC to new Cell Sites, Working Experience of Siemens HITs, STLP, LMT BR9 & BR8, NCT, LCT.
