Coordinate with Marketing department for bringing new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs.
Responsibily design, reviews and study of customer requirement.
Leading the overseas Product Development meetings.
Sourcing materials and trims appropriate for each product’s end use.
Work closely with vendors to procure sampling materials on time and right quality.
Identify issues and solve those problems/issues related to incoming materials.

Supply chain management
Making sure the right execution of the comments released and revised sample delivery to customers
Ensuring the samples quality and on time delivery for each customer stage.
Developing and supporting a cross functional culture of continuous improvement.
Ensuring the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
Work with vendors closely to procure materials on time and right quality

Maintaining good business relationships with clients and suppliers.

Delivered the right product to customers, accurately and on time whilst building partnerships and understanding their specific requirements. Providing technical assistance and recommendations for product and production improvements.
Proactively report product and material availability issues.
Remaining up to date with manufacturing technology developments.
Complete special projects and assignments as requested.
Developing and presenting pattern ideas as sketches, samples and computer-generated visuals.
Researching, analyzing and predicting trends.
Finding and liaising with suppliers and manufacturers.
Calculating costs for materials and manufacture.
Checking manufacturers meet design specifications.
Working with clients, technical staff, marketing and buying staff.
Attending trade shows.
Liaising with customers and interpreting their ideas and needs accurately.
Researching the properties of materials used in specialist and industrial textiles.
Undertaking research for ideas and inspiration.
Experimenting with color and texture.
Producing design ideas, sketches and samples.
Producing designs using computer-aided design software.
Checking and approving samples of completed items.
Keeping up to date with new fashions/ design and production techniques.
