• Prepare and update the Quality Manual / ISO Procedures according to the ASME and ISO Standards.
• Coordinate QMS internal and external audits activities.
• Review of departmental SOP’s, standards and format.
• Created and maintained product specific quality plan, inspection and test plans.
• Working on Root Cause Analysis, Corrective and Preventive actions
• Coordination with different departments regarding Non-conformities.
• Manage the QA activities to attain departmental, company and customer objectives.
• Assist the Sub Engineer and Quality Control Inspectors regarding Quality issues.
• Work on project site to Monitor, Control & Supervise the quality related activities during erection.
• Provide technical assistance at project site.
1. Plan and Execute the erection activities on site.
2. Plan, Monitor, & Supervise all the quality related activities during erection.
3. Prepare the Erection Procedure and Quality Checklist & Handover Formats.
4. Coordination with P&G Manager regarding Non-conformities.
5. Prepare the Quality Inspection Plan.
6. Inspection at every hold point to make sure the erected parts are as per drawing.
