-Introduction to handling sales calls- Travel Agents and Corporate customer
-Pricing- Development and Strategies
-Knowledge of Revenue Booking Designators
-Experience in both: Agency Support Unit and Corporate Support Unit
-Exposure to financial accounting
-Development of new routes briefing including route analysis, competitive analysis, potential corporate clients and market intelligence
