Responsibilities:

Manage user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus.
To record and provide first line support for all hardware faults.
To report and follow up hardware faults to external support companies as required.
To maintain an accurate Hardware and Software inventory.
Install all new hardware, systems, and software for networks.
Install, configure, maintain network services, equipment and devices.
Configure IP based security Cameras.
Perform troubleshooting analysis of servers, workstations and associated systems.
Perform software installation through remote server.
Manage Employee Joining /Exit process.
Management of data canter.
Hands on experience on Dell and IBM Desktop and Laptop's issues with hardware and OS related problems.
Hardware installation, testing, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance

Assembling & Dissembling Hardware Accessories.
