• Prepare the Project HSE plans with all the required permitting forms in conformance to International and group HSE standards, Review and issue report with appropriate recommendations for improvement on all existing HSE practices.
• Conduct risk assessment and hazard analysis on critical jobs prior to starts.
• Prepare HIRA / TRA / JSA, Checklist, and Other Documents related to HSE, etc
• Preparation monthly/ quarterly HSE reports by analysing HSE data and KPIs.
• Ensure that all the project site conditions, resources and interfaces are carried out in a healthy and safe manner, HSE issues e.g.: HSE plans, Contractor HSEMS etc. are reviewed and in line with group policy for health, safety and environmental management systems.
• A Reporting functionally and technically to the Site HSE Manager.
• Own and be responsible for the entire project HSE.
• Monitoring and Report all types of accidents, incidents and near misses.
• Monitor Subcontractor/ HSE management system and review HSE documents Audit Subcontractor’s management system and other sub contractor’s etc.
• Prepare Presentation, other documents and Present to Client as per requirement.
• Conduct Tool Box Talk, HSE Awareness Trainings / Instructs trainees to objectives of complex plant systems, operations and controls.
• Enforce S.W.P. Or the Safe Work Practices on all task and provide recommendations if needed.
• Audit of PTW and other permits before start of any job on site.
• Inspection of work sites regularly for close on job observations to guide & correct the work- force to eliminate unsafe acts and unsafe conditions which are hazardous to Health, Safety.
• Checking and identifying all hazards in the working area, escape route in case of emergencies and maintain good House Keeping after the job completion.
• Responsible in dissemination of information in regards to Emergency preparedness and Safety Plan.
• Supervise traffic and emergency evacuation plan.
• Monitoring the site major/ critical activities such as Excavation, Scaffolding, Lifting / erecting procedures and other hazardous jobs.
