• Packing of all products to 100% of customer requirement, improve DIFOT from 88% to 99% which is above then company target 98%.
• Stock build-ups and shortages are quickly attended to; improve productivity 24% by consuming 800 hours less weekly.
• All products meet quality outcome, 90% reduction in quality complaints.
• Plant rostering appropriately to meet required outcome.
• Investigation of budget variance and actioned within a week, turning continuous loss site to profit within 02 months by achieving KPI 54 in consistent from 43 previously.
• Completion of reporting by the weekly/ monthly deadlines 100% of the time.

• Directly control work force and production plan, monitor productivity and quality parameters.
• Finalize production, maintenance plan and transmit to my subordinate's for execution. Give on-site training to employees for clear understanding on daily basis.
• Liaison between production unit and marketing department to insure on time delivery and dealing with customer enquiries and complaints.
• Create friendly, smooth work environment and look all labour, machine, raw material issues and implement given plans on sight.
• Look after machines operation, setting, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. Implement machine maintenance schedules and change of parts on recommendation.
• Maintaining hazard free work area and process by insuring safety measures and parameters.
• Control the application of sizing Chemicals, its storage and other safety measures.
• Achieved the target of raw material saving by process control in management guidelines and instructions.
• Maintained a continuous flow as per finalized production plan, which reduced complaints from 05 a month to 04 to 05 in a Year.
• Finalize the criteria of purchase for different raw material.
• Guiding on-site workshop foreman in parts development by extrusion and forging process. Finalizing sample parts received from local supplier for bulk order.
• I remained Management representative in internal and external audits, did a lot of work to improve working environment, provide training to staff and workers.

• Ensure implementation of plan given be Plant Manager on daily basis by handling resources and controlling work force on site.
• By assisting my manager, I meet the production and rejection targets set by management.
• Implement SOP'S to achieve customer specifications by optimized machine setting and quality plan which reduced customer complaints by 50%.
• Machine operation and issuance of raw material for product manufacturing.
• I coordinate the marketing team in updating dispatch schedule and provide on-time and quality services to the customers.
• I develop stacking and issuance of yarn bags in warehouse, from different suppliers keeping consistent quality fabric, which reduced material mixing.
