* Prepare Monthly Management Account of all companies.
* Prepare Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements of companies.
* Filing of Income Tax Return, Sales Tax Return and WHT Summaries of company and WHT
Monitoring detail of all companies.
* Filing of Income Tax Return, Sales Tax Return of all companies
* Check and analysis different reports as and when required.
* Prepare different reports for Income Tax & Sales Tax Audit for hearing.
* Statuary Return Form A & Form 29 etc
* Supervise payment procedure of group (all companies).
* Prepare documentation of Imports & Export
* Reporting variances with the budgeted figures on monthly basis.
* Prepare Order costing report for potential Orders.
* Area wise sales & recovery analysis
* Prepare Directors Returns and wealth statements of all companies.
* Correspond with the financial Institutions for Facilities (Running Finance, Bank Guarantee)
Managing the finalization of Company’s audited accounts and financial statements
* Planning and forecasting company investments, finances and cash flow, producing reports and
monthly accounts with actual versus budgets.

My Job responsibilities include (but not) limited to following:
• Prepare periodical Financial statements for half yearly review and Annual Audit.
• Prepare budgets & forecast and different reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Prepare management accounts of our all units for management review and exception reporting as well.
• Prepare monthly and accumulated cost summary sheet.
• Prepare Cost Summary Sheet product category wise & check it for variances for Raw & packing material as per recipes.
• Also calculate product wise profitability.
• Maintain records of CAPEX on Software & item wise Depreciation schedule.
• Prepare data for WHT monitoring & Income Tax Audit.
• Prepare different schedules (Advance Income Tax, gratuity, leave encashment, lease etc) for periodical Accounts.
• Supervise process of all payables transactions, WHT Sales Tax & Income Tax.

* Prepare financial statements for Annual Statuary Audit by MYASCO (Deloitte).
* Prepare Budget and forecast
* Perform variance analysis with exception reporting.
* Coordinate with our Dubai office to finalize Accounts of our Dubai Company.
* Correspond with the financial Institutions for Facilities (RF, BG)
* Prepare Sales Tax return.
* Coordinate with Banks, shipping & clearing companies regarding Import and Export
consignments and documentation.
* Prepare Statuary (SECP) return & other forms.
* Submit online Statements of Withholding Tax deductions.
* Prepare Income Tax returns of the Group, Director & their follow up (Audit & Refund).
