My duties included but not limited to the following:
•Manage the performance and delivery criteria, ensuring that client requirements are being met; review project specifications, and coordinates procurement, as appropriate.

Sr. Project Manager lead early and enabling work, soil investigation works, cavity remediation works, heavy dynamics works, main point of coordination of both Building and Infrastructure Contractors work in the same area and at same time as well as participate in generation master plan and projects detail design for approval of UPC and local authorities. Managed the project logistics & interface and risk. Manager lead all Consultants and Contractors of buildings and infrastructure aspects of transportation, traffic management, access road, security control, warehousing, waste management to deliver the projects as per development . The United Arab Emirates University Project constructed a female campus, a male campus, all supporting facilities and infrastructure from paper concept to handover using multiple construction contractors. Contract Commercial Manager responsible for managing the consultant and contractor contracts and claims. Commercial Manager responsible for maintaining the project budget and making recommendations to the Client for best address any time and / or cost impacts. Explored and analysed value engineering options as needed. Coordinated with the Project director during tender preparation for the provisional sum items, opening and awarding of tenders. Evaluated the Contractors Technical and Commercial proposal and submitted technical and commercial recommendation. Claims coordinator to resolve the additional cost and time issues. The Design-Build Relocatable Buildings Project expanded six existing U.S. military bases and constructed one completely new U.S. military base to provide support for military forces. Identified the risks to the programme and developed mitigation strategies for the team’s action Responsible for preparing and evaluating all time impact justifications for claims or changes, develop schedule impact. Warranty Manager responsible for 89 subcontractors and suppliers after project completion due to project warranty period for one year.
