•Accounts & Payments Entries:
-Entering accounts transactions ensuring accuracy
and common processing approach.
-Processing received & paid payments as well as
reallocating credit generated payments.
•Accounts Reconciliation:
-Checking & synchronizing PDC file and reconciling it
with system.
-Reconciling banks statements and calculating
charges such as POS rents and transactions fees.
-Analyzing key expenses such as rents, management
fees, sales commissions, etc and submitting a
monthly report.
-Checking & reconciling transactions between
divisions.
-Checking accounts periodically and reporting
differences.
•Petty Cash Reimbursement:
-Analyzing, classifying and submitting divisions
expenses for petty cash reimbursements.
•Payroll Preparation:
-Preparing overtime sheets & salaries tables along
with transfer slips.
•Goods Receipts Monitor:
-Checking goods receipts awaiting invoices and
requesting related purchase invoices.
-Checking "Goods Received and Not Invoiced" and
investigating the differences to report to the
management.
•Accounts Entries Archive:
-Archiving/Documentation of all accounts related
entries and keeping proper record of transactions.
As event manager i have been working closely with my team to:
-Ensure staff is working together as a team.
-Inspect and groom staff, and rectify any deficiencies.
-Identify client’s needs and ensure they are met.
