• Planning, installation, upgrade, operation (start up, re-configuration, shutdown), control and maintenance of the data centre, associated infrastructure and applications for the safe and secure storage and communication of data, receiving guidelines from and reports work progress to the supervisor
• ‘First level’ supports to incidents and problems, analyse its impact and determines the appropriate course of action and escalation
• Development of adequate, accurate and timely reports on data centre operations and related activities, vendor / system performance and customer satisfaction
• Proactively monitor the enterprise IT infrastructure and IT Services to ensure their availability and performance
