* Manage and perform daily operations of
accounting department including accounting
payables/receivables, general ledger, payroll, cash
forecasting, revenue and expenditure analysis.
* Ensure the financial integrity of organization
through accounting standards, compliance, and
regular internal auditing of financial process.
* Providing accurate financial information, MIS,
Variance Analysis and Margin Analysis.
* Maintains the fixed assets & inventory system by
supervising the team and advising.
* Prepare financial statements schedules such as
bank, Inter-company and fixed assets.
* Prepare quarterly requirement such as VAT return.
* Preparation of Budget, Cash Flow and Variance
report.
* Managing Trade Finance activities such as LC, TR
etc.
* Dealing with external & internal Auditors and
preparation of audit schedules.
* Analysis of business proposals, verifying pricing &
proforma P&L.

•Assisting the Accounts and Tax Manager in a verity
of business role.
•Liaising with the Internal as well as External
Auditors.
•Assisting in preparations of year end as well as
quarterly Accounts.
•Reconciling customer balance as well as creditors
balance.
•Assisting in preparation of various reports and
Schedules regarding export sales.
•Daily/Monthly/Quarterly MIS preparations.
•Resolution of invoice queries including credits.
•Helping to produce the companies’ tax return.
•Invoice processing and submitting for collection.

* Managing all aspect of accounts receivables and

proper filing of documents.

* Petty cash handling and management.
* Assisting Chief Accountant and Finance Manager
for preparing Reports, Tax return and annual
budget.
