Project : Expansion Project
 Responsible for Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities including the energization and operation of all kind of instruments and packages.
 Responsible for OTP of different kinds of Pumps and Motors as a part of commissioning activities.
 Completed Dry-Out activities of Thermal Reactor, TGT Heater and Incinerator as a part of Commissioning activity.
 Responsible for the Function Test for DCS, PESS, COMPLEX and SEQUENCE interlocks.
 Co-ordinate with process department for ensuring that any changes made in the Logics and P&ID should meet client requirement.
 Responsible for troubleshooting the problems occurred in the instruments during commissioning.
 Responsible for Pre-Loop Checking and Final Loop Checking of different types of instruments including transmitters, Control valves, ESVs etc.
 Responsible for replacement of Custody Transfer Flow meters in JUPC.
 Responsible for reviewing, checking and verifying the construction drawings, P&ID, ILD, and other attachments.
 Responsible for the Testing and Inspection of Transmitters, Control Valves, ON-OFF valves, Hand Valves, Speed Valves, Indicating instruments like TIs, PIs, PDIs, Pressure switches, DP switches, Level switches etc.

Project : Isocyanates Facilities Project (Chem II)

 Responsible for Calibration of all types of Transmitters, Control Valves, Gauges, switches etc.
 Ensuring that work is being carried out as per specification and approved drawings.
 Responsible for meggering and continuity check of the control cables from instruments to JBs and from JBs to Marshelling Panels.
 Inspection of all the connections as per the tagging of the instruments in the panel connection sheets from the panels to JBs and from JBs to the instruments.
 Co-ordinate with other discipline quality control inspectors for ensuring that all other discipline activities that require inspection within the Instrumentation construction program have been inspected and approved.
 Redlining the drawings, termination schedules, Instrument Loop Diagram (ILD), Datasheets etc., as per the modifications made on site.
 Prepare new Hook up drawings for any modifications and take the approval from the client.
 Co-ordinating with the commissioning and construction department for mechanical completion.
 Ensure that the loop folder submitted by the contractor contains all the relevant documents needed during the loop check.
 Arrange/attend meeting with contractors to discuss issues related to Engineering, Construction and Quality.
 Co-ordinate/follow up with the contractors to clear the A-punch items prior to commissioning of a system.

Project : Marafiq Power and Water Project, Y-2

 Responsible for inspection offield mounted Instruments, JBs etc. and their cable termination till marshalling panels.
 Responsible for installation and termination of different types of instruments including different types of transmitters, control valves etc.
 Checking and Inspection of Meggering and Continuity of Instrument cables at the Lay down yard before sending for termination jobs.
 Responsible for Material Receiving Inspection soon after the delivery, with the client.
 Inspection of the calibration of different types of transmitters and other instruments like control valves, pressure gauges etc.
 Inspection for Punch listing, Processing and Updating of QC documentation etc.
 Responsible for the various RFIs (Request for Inspection) and closing of all punches lists raised by the client.
 Co-ordinating with Planning and contractors to achieve the job done on expected time.
 Checking the daily progress report and forwarding it to management.
 Co-ordinating with all field supervisors and making plans to get job to done more efficiently.
 Co-ordinating with subcontractor for all type of construction jobs.
 Co-ordinating with sub-contractor, QC Department and client for day-to-day loop check activities.
 Organizing the instrument foreman / technician of team to rectify the punch list items and to do as built the drawings maintaining the proper records for the system turn over.
 Inspection for the installation of field mounted instruments, JBs, local panels and continuity check for instrument cables.
 Inspection for the installation of F&G Systems in the field such as Push Button, Horn & Beacon and Fire Detection Systems.
 Making progress monitoring reports and sending to client.
 Effectively co-ordinates with other related disciplines.
 Supervision of construction works like cable trays installation, cable laying, cable termination of JBs, cable glanding etc.
 Supervision of placement of all existing cables from the panels to the JBs and from the JBs to the field instruments.
 Well familiar with the level, flow, pressure and temperature measurement techniques and their methods.
 Installation of various field instruments like Transmitters, Control Valves, Shutdown Valves, Thermocouples, RTDs, GDFs, GDTs, MPSs etc.
 Preparation of different types of Technical Reports for the client after contacting the vendors and discussing with the project manager.
 Conversant with various symbols and standards.

Project : Jubail Export Refineries Project Pkg. #2B - SATORP
