To negotiate & close deals with the customer according to the company policies.
• To reconcile the account with corporate clients on monthly basis or if required.
• To add new customer from lead list and get in relation of existing customers.
• Get all required documents attested from the relevant authorities/ Ministries/ Chamber of Commerce.
• Coordinate closely with the shipping/logistic companies, Cross border Transporters for scheduling and bookings shipments to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery.
• Handle operational activities for import/export documentation requirements for SEA shipping.
• Handle operational activities for export documentation requirements for ROAD shipping to GCC. Communicate with customs brokers regarding Import Clearance for GCC.
• Communicate with international agents regarding planning and scheduling for deliveries of shipment based on Door to Door & obtain sign delivery report.
• Process orders generated by sales representatives, telesales, e-mail or website. Check the order to ensure that customers have entered correct details, such as prices, discounts or product numbers. Contact customers to resolve any queries or obtain any information that is missing, such as size or color.
• Enter details of the order on a computer system and forward the order to the production or dispatch department, asking for confirmation of stock availability or delivery dates. Check that delivery and contact details are correct and update customer records with any changes. Check the customer’s payment or credit status or obtain authorization from the sales manager.
• Maintain customer sales records including contact details and the name of the representative managing the account. Update the records with details of orders and invoices.
• Get all required documents attested from the relevant authorities/ Ministries/ Chamber of Commerce. Coordinate closely with the shipping/logistic companies for scheduling and bookings shipments to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery.
